The questions are not something we can answer. And the questions are pretty simple and self explanatory -- which we don't know but you're supposed to know
Date Account was disabled: -- this is something you SHOULD know because you were the one who received the "you've been kicked out email." How on floor will we know this?
How often do you update your site?: -- VERY self explanatory. Only you can say how often you convert your content
How many people are involved with the leadership of the site? : -- again, how will we know this when YOU are the one involved in your own website
Any relevant information that you believe would explain the invalid click activity we detected -- did you click on your ads, why do you regard your account was disabled, what proof can you show that it was not you who did this.
Invalid clicks is a "confine all" term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can parsimonious anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ad, etc.
It will not be up to Google to prove to you how they caught what they deemed as fraudulent clicks on your site. They will not show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional bearing that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your grip.
You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They necessitate to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the dissolution of the account of the advertiser.
