I want to Earn money over the internet. I dont really understand much about it. Is there anyway i can set up somthing adjectives for free and start earning money through promoting websights or putting up adds...if there is, is anyone prepared to tell me the easyest way of setting somthing up, and tell me contained by steps, or really really explain it well. lol

I spent a while trying to weed out the different survey sites and the different sites that pay you to try things without trying to scam you.
