I know it's a vague question, but I just wanna know an approximate number considering the certainty that I will not spend days working for it and will try to devout some regularly.

Answers: I make 5 digits a month with Google Adsense (dumped YPN because Adsense was giving me 5x more revenues than YPN) -- and I don't mean the low $10,000.
Yes, ancestors are making substantial profit from these programs. But you have to have the right website, the right website being:
1 - Attracting audiences that are responsive to ad. My site, for example, attracts visitors looking for ways to earn money from home and while I provide information, the ads provide the business opportunities. Hence, my click through rate is deeply good and my ECPM is very high
2 - Site contained by a space where advertisers are competitively bidding on the keywords, resulting in more high paying ad for your site. A site that pays homage to your hamster is not going to get good high paying keywords
If you own low paying keywords or people are not as responsive to the ads as to your other content, then you requirement to have MASSIVE traffic to compensate for the low CTR and low ECPM.
But earning a lot from these programs can be done -- near the right website
