Can you actually make money on the internet without selling anything? I mean by merely having a good website or blog.. ? I know companies will pay to put their ad on your site. But how popular does your site have to be to actually make a little money? Please crawl me in.. Thanks

- Decide what you want -- a blog or a website. Blogs can be free and easier to fiddle with; most often have templates that can endow with you nice looking site. With a website, you have all the flexibility in the world but you stipulation to think of the design
- Get your domain name
- Start writing -- and then marketing your site or blog.
When you hold several pages up, you can consider applying to Google Adsense. When you've built more traffic, you can also apply to banner ad networks and use them together

I do. You can create your own content based website on ANY topic that you like, and have it retribution you. I started my site in August 2007. I continually add new content to it, and earn a growing income from various affiliate sources as well as google adsense.

Yes you can make money with out selling anything. The great part is that you can do it by creating sites around your passion or a popular topic. The amount of traffic that your site gets will determine the click through ratio. What you need is a web host that have the tools to assist you. The web host that I use has a brainstorm tool that will calculate the popularity of your site by the amount of folks searching related keywords.
