Google adsense?

I put google adsense ads on my new website. It shows that its had a bunch of clicks but no money nonetheless.
Can somebody esplain to me what has to happen for it to make money and Page CTR, eCPM and conversions mean?
Is it hazardous to own an adsense...
Answers:    Log within to your ad sense account see what you've accumulated. It have to hit a certain amt before they send a check. And some of them require a purchase.
Anybody out in attendance registered beside google...
